Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Company: TTM Healthcare Solutions Location: The role will require 2/3 days a week in Ennis and Dublin for the remainder of the week.

International travel will be required from time to time due to global footprint and expansion plans.

Health Assessments, Process & Outsourcing services 2.

Healthcare Workforce Management & Development and 3.

International Healthcare Workforce and Compliance solutions.

With offices in Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, South Africa, India and the Philippines we provide services that range from patient waiting list management to mental health intervention services and from international healthcare professional credentialing to virtual healthcare services.

Position Overview The CEO will be responsible for leading TTM Healthcares next phase of strategic growth, focusing on achieving 3x10 X (3 times the size, with 10 times the positive impact) growth targets over the coming years.

This role will drive organic expansion in existing markets, foster domestic growth, and enhance our international footprint.

A critical aspect of the role will involve fostering a culture of transformation, operational excellence, and technology-driven innovation, enabling TTM Healthcare to stay at the forefront of the healthcare.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at achieving 3x10 X growth across all service lines, including organic and domestic expansion, with a focus on international opportunities Assessment and Intervention Services (HPO): Oversee and expand TTMs HPO services, ensuring operational excellence and developing new client partnerships to increase revenue streams International Healthcare Talent Acquisition: Develop and scale TTMs international talent acquisition solutions by penetrating new markets and ensuring a sustainable pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals to meet global demand Customer and User Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture that prioritizes the needs and experiences of our customers and users.

Ensure that TTMs services exceed client expectations, while also enhancing the experience for healthcare workers using TTMs platforms and services.

Drive strategies that ensure the satisfaction, loyalty, and retention of both customers and users Risk and Compliance Frameworks: Establish and maintain a robust risk management and compliance framework to safeguard the companys operations and reputation.

Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations governing healthcare, talent acquisition, outsourcing, and data security.

Proactively manage risk by implementing compliance protocols, auditing processes, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders Fostering a Culture of Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation across the organization.

Encourage the development of new strategies and approaches to drive agility, adaptability, and future growth Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence is at the core of all business functions.

Continuously assess and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, improve service delivery, and scale the organization in a sustainable way.

Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience Technology Solutions: Leverage cutting-edge technology solutions to transform business processes, support scalability, and enhance operational efficiency.

Introduce tech-driven innovations in talent acquisition, data management, and healthcare outsourcing that improve organizational performance and drive customer satisfaction.

Build partnerships with technology providers to ensure TTM remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and establish TTMs presence in high-potential regions, both domestically and internationally, to expand the companys service offerings and customer base Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the COO and senior leadership team at Broadlake to align strategic goals and ensure business continuity, transformation, and operational efficiency Financial Management: Drive financial performance by optimizing budgets, ensuring profitability that aligns with the company's growth objectives Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team to execute on strategic goals, ensuring a culture of accountability, transformation, and operational excellence Innovation and Change Management: Lead innovation efforts to continually improve service offerings and processes while managing organizational change as the company scales Qualifications Required: Degree Qualified in Business or related area or equivalent in experience at senior executive level Experience Proven experience in a senior executive role (CEO/COO/MD), preferably within services or talent acquisition industries Demonstrated ability to achieve significant growth targets Some understanding or knowledge of Assessment and Intervention Services (HPO), International Talent acquisition Solutions, and technology-driven business strategies Experience leading international expansion and managing global operations, particularly in India and other key international markets Proven ability to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, transformation, and the adoption of technology solutions in fast-paced and dynamic environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability Competencies Champion The Broadlake Way: Ensure Broadlake Tools are front and fore in the context of all interactions Align to Our Family Principles in every action and interaction SWAF: Skill, Will, Ambition and Fit Solutions Focused: Ability to identify Actionable Insights, Look Around Corners.
