Gibson & Associates LLP are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic Team in this newly created role.

An inhouse role based predominantly in our head office in Donegal, and as part of a team working in Donegal, Dublin and nationally.

Some travel to these locations may be required from time to time.

You will be instrumental in helping Gibson & Associates LLP achieve its ambitious strategic objectives by supporting transformational change and the drive towards operational excellence and our exacting Professional Standards.

Role: In conjunction with and supported by our group teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales and People Operations) you will be leading on day-to-day issues which includes performance against planned metrics.

Reporting to the Director of Operations/Head of Legal you will execute plans to implement new business processes, monitor progress against operational plans and be the representative for change initiatives within the firm.

You will monitor performance of the Legal Teams within the services provided and work closely with all key stakeholders and in particular Legal Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities: Create operational processes, reporting and governance and manage teams against these processes and resolve issues as they arise.

Set objectives and targets in line with planned metrics or as directed.

Ensure company policies and processes are adhered to by all legal teams.

Team & People Management Collaborate with the wider Operations management team as required.

Work with the People Operations Manager to ensure group policies and procedures are applied and followed.

Lead on disciplinary, grievance and other people related processes in conjunction with the People Operations Manager.

Key Attributes/Experience: Must have a track record of operations ideally in a service led environment and preferably within a professional services sector.

Demonstrable experience of implementing, developing and improving performance using core Operations techniques, e.g.

SOP, Performance Appraisals, Reporting & Analysis, Technology Use, etc.

Legal experience is not essential although desirable.

Strong relationship building capabilities.

Resilient, optimistic, flexible and works well under pressure.

Ability to get things done through other people whilst working in a cross-functional team.
