You must have the ability to deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service and be able to motivate and develop a team of F & B professionals. The Hotel has 5 AA red stars, and the Restaurant has 2 AA Rosettes. Job Description : As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be part accountable for the Falls Restaurant outcomes both in terms of standards, operations and financial outcomes. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Ensuring consistent standards in line with 2-3 rosette expectations. Lead and support the team. Training, development, communication and motivation of the team members. Oversee Company policies and procedures in the department. Oversee and ensure that all statutory obligations are met in the department. Description du profil : Qualifications Required Experience : This luxury five-star country house is part of the great Relais & Chateaux family and story, with an excellent reputation and national recognition. (1-2 years minimum) Fluet english both spoken and written in required.
