We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious hotels within The i NUA Collection. The Deputy General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the overall management and operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and personalised experience. Financial Performance: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Quality Assurance: Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of growth and career progression. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive repeat business. Crisis Management: Act decisively and effectively in handling any emergencies or crises that may arise, prioritising the safety and well-being of guests and team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of experience in hotel management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front and back of house functions.
