We deliver dynamic solutions to our extensive client base on areas including;corporate restructuresmergers and acquisitionssuccession and retirement planninginbound and outbound investment and relocationprivate clients - investment, wealth management and tax planningOur thriving client base include multinational and domestic groups (Inbound and outbound) operating in diverse sectors including technology, med-tech, manufacturing, renewables, property and hospitality.The RoleRBK is currently seeking to recruit strong performing Tax Senior Managers as visible and important leaders of our Tax Department.Roles can be tailored based on the candidates experience and career development objectives – so whether you want to broaden your role to gain consultancy experience across all tax heads, continue to focus on compliance or retain/develop a niche focus on a specialist area, we are hiring.ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility and leadership for the ongoing development of the Tax Department on a commercial basis, ensuring that a high level of service and added value is provided.Instigate, develop and manage key client relationships with existing client portfolio.Have sufficiently broad and in-depth technical expertise to advise a diverse client portfolio comprising domestic and international groups, owner-managed businesses and high net-worth individuals.Be proactive in developing business opportunities.Direct responsibility for the management and development of a team of tax professionals.
