Our client is one of Irelands leading construction and civil engineering firms and they are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them initially on a 4-6 month temporary contract.

With offices in Kill, Co.

Kildare, they are operating with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities: Preparing and posting journal entries Assist with audit queries (including pulling of samples and query co-ordination) Assist with statutory accounts preparation Participate in various ad hoc projects The ideal candidate will have: Relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Experience using ERP systems- COINS experience a distinct advantage Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to work effectively in a busy environment, plan work to meet deadlines, and respond to queries promptly Experience liaising with external auditors A keen eye for detail and accuracy The ability to work independently and as part of a team Audit experience and advantage Morgan Mc Kinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
