Overview of Role:
Flow Forma is a fast growing, successful, pioneering innovator in the ‘no-code’ process automation market. Our clients use Flow Forma to free them from the constraints of complex technology implementations and to enable them to relentlessly drive their digital competitive edge.
This role will supply leadership and co-ordination of the Finance function and Administration within Flow Forma. The role will ensure proper: Leadership, Planning, Organisation, Control and Teamwork. This person will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will be crucial in collaborating with other key members on strategy and guidance.
Main Responsibilities:
Budgetary Control – manage and control expenditure in line with the agreed financial budget.
Manage a team to operation excellence within the finance and admin department and ensure company goals are being met.
Working Capital Management.
Control and manage the efficient operation of the finance systems, procedures & processes and to be responsible for their successful implementation.
Approve and co-ordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
Actively drive through strong financial controls and processes.
Provide a suite of financial management information and ensure the provision of monthly management accounts including management information for all divisions.
Liaise with Business Unit Managers and other key stakeholders regarding financial information relating to their divisions, ensuring that they understand the key financial information and act upon it.
Ensure a high quality of financial information is available to support operations & to create and maintain the procedures, framework and the systems to support information production.
Prepare the year end accounts and liaise with the auditors for the completion of the successful yearly audit.
Ensure financial statements are maintained in accordance with relevant auditing standards.
Oversee the payroll function ensuring it is accurately and promptly processed every month.
Primary responsibility for all company insurance policies and schemes.
Ensure the relevant inter company transactions are appropriately reconciled and oversee budgetary policies and procedures and comprehending the potential financial impact of business decisions.
Define the future direction of the finance function in the context of the company’s goals and objectives.
Assist in the recruitment & selection of new team members where the need arises.
Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.
Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff.
Liaise with external providers to ensure that the company follows current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
