Responsibilities: Attend weekly Management Team meetings for the Construction Team.

Maintain the Site Diary, recording personnel levels for each subcontractor and documenting all site activities.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors.

Ensure work is executed to the highest standards.

Motivate laborers and subcontractors.
