Key Responsibilities Front-of-House & Office Operations● Be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors — be the face of the workplace team.● Manage the reception area, ensuring it's always tidy, organised, and extremely well presented.● Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply.● Support with desk allocations, meeting room setups, and day-to-day workplace logistics.● Liaise with vendors, building management, and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.
Employee Experience● Create a positive and inclusive office atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.● Support internal events (e.g., team lunches, celebrations, cultural events).● Support onboarding by helping new hires settle into the workplace and learn office norms.
Culture & Community● Champion company culture and act as a connector between teams and departments.● Contribute creative ideas for improving office and visitor experience.● Be a visible, approachable, and trusted presence across the workplace.
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes● 2+ years in workplace experience, hospitality, or administrative coordination.● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.● Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive.● Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.● Confident using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and workplace management software.● Warm, professional, and approachable — a natural relationship builder.● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts.● Passionate about creating great employee experiences.
