Location India Employment Type Full time Location Type Remote Department R&D Engineering Responsibilities Be part of a truly cross‑functional team; Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA. Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment, providing input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to develop robust new features and APIs, continuously improve products, and fix bugs. Ensure customers receive a white‑glove experience with our products. Fully own development of features on client, server, service, and database layers. Develop high‑quality responsive web applications using Type Script, Java Script, React, and Express; experience with Nest JS, Vite, and Next.js is a plus. Design and implement server‑side APIs, data models, and business logic primarily using Express. Create client‑side function‑based React components, hooks, stories, and tests to interact with server‑side work. Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgre SQL. Build reusable and modular components on both front and back ends that promote code reusability, maintainability, and scalability. Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Stay updated with emerging web development frameworks and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance development processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools. Qualifications At least 4 years of full‑stack experience with a focus on Type Script development. Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the technologies listed above. Thrives in a collaborative, remote‑first work culture. Independently takes ownership of projects while excelling in teamwork. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Passionate about solving customer problems and troubleshooting issues. Business‑focused approach to software development, delivering high‑value outcomes for clients. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
