Ergo is seeking a Solutions Architect for a long-term contract designing technical solutions for a well-known public-sector client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of Enterprise grade, high performance, mission critical applications and solutions both public facing and internal.
You will be proficient in the full-stack design of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud native systems architectures.
This is a remote role with occasional onsite visits. Candidates should holds a valid EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
What will you do?

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and constraints. Analyse business requirements to ensure they are clearly defined and understood.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture artefacts (including Diagrams, Functional Specifications and Technical Requirements)
Design solutions ensuring that all solutions adhere to industry standards
Implement security best practices to protect systems and data from threat and compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Ensure maximum alignment with the Target Architecture across all project/initiative deliverables.
Work on refining the Target Technical Architecture for the RSA.
Ensure that the latest Technical Architecture is captured in the Enterprise Architecture tool and is fully aligned with the defined Business Architecture.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and systems analyst throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support to project stakeholders

You should have experience in the following:

Cloud native architectures (Saa S / Paas / i Paas / Containers / Kubernetes / Docker / Serverless / CI-CD)
Relational Data Design e.g. MS SQL, My SQL, Maria DB, Postgres, Data Verse.
Full-stack design
Front end - React JS, Vue JS, Angular, Power Portals, UI Frameworks
Back End -. NET (C#, VB. Net), Java, Spring, Python
Integrations - Micro-services, web-services, event queues, message queues, integration services
Low-code - Power Apps / Power Automate / Azure Logic Apps
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems such as Centos, Red Hat and Alma Linux.
Knowledge of No SQL databases such as Mongo DB
Dev Ops areas like Source Control, Continuous Integration, Infra Automation, Continuous Deployment, Azure Dev Ops.
