Advert Text Position Title: GMP Compliance Specialist for the LifesciencesLocation: Flexible Reporting to: Associate Director Lifescience Key Objectives Executing daily extensive duties in a high paced commercial, Pharma environment, delivering a comfortable, innovative, safe, healthy and compliance environment to workspace. Interested and proactive in innovation and best practices across Irish portfolio from a Lifescience perspective. Support growth of business and deputise for Lifescience Associate Director Pursue self development through various trainings and experience. Train and become GMP expert across Ireland. Participate to establish self delivery models in Ireland. Evaluate and standardize compliance practices across sites. Liaise and interact with Client quality departments as required. Main duties and responsibilities Share the knowledge and experience to internal teams across various sites for continued professional development. Review all existing cleaning GMP processes and procedures across our current portfolio and participate in implementation of a standardised approach to cleaning services ensuring all correct documentation is in place. Ensure all cleaning GMP services across all sites are in accordance with legislative, industry best practice and company requirements. Identify opportunities for cost reductions across our GMP cleaning services and develop optimisation plans as part of the core GMP cleaning strategy. Supporting to create a positive employee culture where the work can get completed while managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Help to facilitate training requirements to ensure that staff are fully trained in all aspects of the service provision. Perform cleaning and sanitization inspections under contractual compliance and KPI’s. Inspect and evaluate the fabric condition of the establishment for program compliance, safety, quality, and service. Support to validate a GMP system in aim to reduce the potential risks generated by unreliable equipment or systems Provide periodic reports to evaluate performance in the areas of process improvements, cost savings, and cost avoidances Define and promote innovation initiatives across our GMP cleaning services devising a strategy that incorporates current/future market trends and technology. Support development and growth of our GMP services seeking new opportunities where possible. Assist and support the tender process for new business as required presenting our GMP cleaning service capabilities and achievements. Review service lines out of scope with a view to bringing in scope & or self-delivering. Review all site documentation from compliance perspective and attend quality audits as required. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures. Take on adhoc projects from time to time as deeded necessary by the Associate Director. Qualifications and Experience Experience working in Facilites Management/Lifescience environment Member of a relevant professional organisation. Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a high level commitment to success. A strong reporting acumen with excellent attention to detail. A strong communicator with a skill for engaging with others. Excellent PC literacy skills required. Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation Personal Attributes: Continuous drive for self-learning and self-development Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and commercial awareness Willing to travel. Must possess a dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement.
