Role Overview The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy for all three entities.
Based on-site in Mullingar, the Group CFO will oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic guidance to support the group's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the group's growth and acquisition objectives.
Collaborate with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to align financial planning with overall business goals.
Provide strategic insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Oversee the financial operations of all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations in ROI and NI.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Optimise cash flow management and working capital to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for acquisitions.
Evaluate and recommend acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements across ROI and NI.
Implement and monitor robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
Identify, assess, and manage financial risks.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team across the group's entities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Key Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader, ideally in a multi-entity or group structure.
Strong track record in financial management, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions (ROI and NI experience preferred).
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including due diligence.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
Experience in a similar industry or in organizations with comparable operational complexity.
