Responsibilities: The Support Worker will provide high level of clinical care to the service users The Support Worker will provide quality person-centred care to meet the needs of the service users in the community The Support Worker will promote a caring environment for service users which is conducive to the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the service users, through highest standards of professional practice The Support Worker will provide care services at highest standards in given assigned tasks and duties.
