Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to our clients employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position based at the skerries office, with five days required onsite.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Document and track support requests using our ticketing system Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users with common technical tasks Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Support or IT Support role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
