Housekeeper If you are a focused individual and want to join a fun and family orientated company, then we have a role for you! We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our team based in Belfast and Cultra.

This is a great opportunity to join a small yet dedicated team.

The role offers a unique and flexible opportunity for an exceptional housekeeper in the private homes and office of the CEO.

It allows the successful candidate to work independently overseeing all household operations, ensuring that the properties and office are clean, well maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.

The successful candidate will report directly to their manager.

Working Pattern: Working Hours: 35 Hours per week Working Days: Monday Friday Working Pattern: Although flexible working, the daily commitments of the CEO must be considered, for example core hours of 3pm-5pm will be necessary to ensure light dinner service (for one individual) is completed Rewards: 20 days' paid holidays Company Pension Scheme Company Events Salary: £24k per annum The Role: As housekeeper, you will be expected to, but not limited to Action daily housekeeping for all properties (personal and office) ensuring all are cleaned and maintained efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards - to include and develop weekly and periodic tasks and schedule appropriately, for example daily light cooking, weekly laundry service, monthly home heating oil checks.

Monitor deliveries and post to personal properties and deliver to line manager.

Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to health guidelines (COSHH).

Ensure full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment as directed by the Line Manager.

Conduct regular inspections and report immediately to relevant personnel any maintenance required or any equipment which is faulty, mark any faulty items and do not use.

Oversee purchasing of inventory for cleaning storerooms & kitchen pantries ensuring all are kept clean, tidy and re-stocked in a timely fashion and costs are managed.

Storing of household equipment correctly and safely.

Work closely with team to address special requests, VIP arrangements and/or any complaints while maintaining confidentiality.

Other duties as and when required The Person: Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and must have a flexible approach to the role.

Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

Ability to multi-task.

Open, honest, self-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and on own initiative.

Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage the rotation between properties and prioritising the CEOs commitments.

Reliable and hardworking with a professional and discrete attitude.

Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding work instructions and communicating with line manager and CEO on a day-to-day basis.

Must have a clean full driving licence.
