This position will be responsible for numerous strategic initiatives, as well as day-to-day associate and leadership support for approximately ~80 associates and other business initiatives as specified by the Sr. HR Manager, Europe. Areas of support include but are not limited to change management, employee relations, performance and succession planning, recruiting, continuous improvement, benefits, compliance, and other business initiatives. In this role, a typical day will look like:Support and/or lead the identification of opportunities for Standard Work definition and process enhancement using DBS/Lean/continuous improvement tools.Coordinate involuntary/voluntary exit logistics (performing timely exit interviews, recording/synthesizing retention data, and generating severance packages, where applicable).Partner with HR Service Center to enter data inputs in a timely manner in HR system(s) for new, existing and exiting associates. Create, maintain and guarantee compliance of personnel files & systems.Challenge the status quo and champion new initiatives within assigned client groups and also within HR acting as a catalyst of change and stimulating others to change, in such a way that the organization continuously develops towards better performance.Ensure proper system administration of compensation process and records (e.g. grade changes, promotions, salary changes, etc). Assist to the payroll.Own and manage temporary staffing agency relationships and contracts, as applicable.Additional task can be: Performance Management, Talent Development, HR projects…The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (or an equivalent combination) in a high growth, rapidly changing environment, with a solid track record of successfully executing HR programs and initiatives.5+ years HR experience supporting non-exempt distribution or manufacturing client groups.HR experience working in a medium to large sized organizationStrong technical aptitude (HR People System, Power BI, data analysis, etc.)Demonstrated attention to detail; process & compliance-oriented but understands and can navigate the grey areaMust have worked in a metrics driven organization with demonstrated understanding how HR impacts the business.Our work at Hach () ensures water quality for people around the world.
