They are involved in high profile projects for large main contractors and local authorities. They are now seeking to recruit a health & safety officer for the Limerick region. Immediate start available. Your new roleAs health & safety officer, you will be responsible for health & safety documentation and safety audits. The successful candidate will be based in Limerick.Working both in an office and on site. Carry out daily and weekly submissions for site including: ensuring all daily permits in place and weekly statutory inspectionsWork with main contractor and clientWork and co-ordinate with other contractors and their safety officers/managersCarry out a weekly inspection/auditSubmit required Safety & Environmental paperworkAttend all relevant meetingsCarry out weekly tool box talksMaintain safety file for site works.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate should hold a health & safety qualification.2 years’ or more experience within the construction industry would be an advantage.A full clean driving licence is essential.Living in Limerick or within a commutable distance or willing to relocate.
