Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide an outstanding HR service to an internal client group in Ireland. The role will be based in our Cork office with travel to Dublin.
You'll work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways. You'll also work closely with the Regional HR Manager to implement the people plan for the region and the firm's HR strategy.
Our HR team are an integral part of recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our employees, throughout their career journey.

Skills and experience required
CIPD Level 5 qualified.
Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
Employee Relation experience required.
Irish Employment law is required.
