As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Hygiene Manager to lead our hygiene operations and ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness across the site. About the Role You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hygiene within our production facilities. You'll lead a dedicated team to maintain exceptional cleaning standards, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement in hygiene processes and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the hygiene team to deliver consistently high cleaning standards across the site. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold quality standards and implement corrective actions. Manage hygiene schedules, equipment, and budgets effectively. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in hygiene practices. Oversee pest control, facility maintenance, and canteen hygiene standards. Develop and maintain SOPs for all hygiene operations. About You You're an organised, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You have a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Essential skills and experience: Proven experience in a hygiene or sanitation management role, ideally in the food industry. Strong knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to plan, manage and improve hygiene processes effectively.
