If you have a proven track record in a similar role and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you As our General Handyman & Cellarman, you will be responsible for all aspects related to deliveries, kegs, cold rooms, and outdoor areas.
Your role will include, but is not limited to: Deliveries: Coordinate and manage all incoming deliveries, ensuring the timely and safe receipt of supplies.
Keg Management: Oversee the handling and maintenance of kegs, including tapping, cleaning, and maintaining proper inventory.
Cold Rooms: Monitor and maintain the temperature and cleanliness of cold storage areas to ensure the quality and freshness of beverages.
Outdoor Areas: Maintain outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, well-kept, and welcoming for patrons.
General Handyman Duties: Perform general maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements as needed throughout the establishment.
Bartending Experience Beneficial.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cellar management and keg systems.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
