As a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst, you will collaborate with global teams to support effective product transitions and inventory management.
In this role, you will: Gather, validate, and consolidate data to prepare and submit inventory build requests to regional PIPO Leads.
Coordinate with cross-regional and country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution of inventory builds.
Initiate and monitor inventory build orders, proactively tracking progress to ensure completion within required timelines.
Prepare and present regular status reports on inventory build activities to leadership and senior management.
Contribute to data analysis and reporting through support of analytical tools and systems.
Key Attributes Strong proficiency in system applications, including Office 365 (particularly Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business solutions.
Proven project management experience, demonstrating effective planning and execution capabilities.
