A leading provider of solar energy solutions, our client offers cutting-edge residential and commercial solar PV systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering a transition towards renewable energy sources in both residential and commercial markets. This position combines the responsibilities of sales, customer relationship management, and partnership development. You will be part of a unique franchise-type arrangement, working closely with Joint Venture partners to co-own and operate regional operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, qualify, and develop leads for residential and commercial solar PV projects. Understand and articulate the value proposition of our solar solutions to potential customers. Provide comprehensive consultations to clients, addressing their energy needs and tailoring solar solutions accordingly. Stay current with industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive. Collect and report market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and product development. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Create and maintain sales forecasts, plans, and reports. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. REQUIREMENTS Experience in Residential and Commercial sales Experience in Solar PV (advantageous but not essential) Great organisational skills and an ability to handle multiple enquiries Self motivation and a drive to succeed Experience in CRM use Good communications skills Entrepreneurial spirit
