IT Systems Support Specialist Contract | €200/day | Dublin Our client in Dublin is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to join their team.

This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Provide technical support for software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Administer and support Office 365 applications and user accounts.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN access.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.

Document support activities and maintain an accurate knowledge base.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.

Experience with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
