Job Title: Scrum Master(Contract Role) Location: Dublin (3 days onsite) Contract Duration: 6months Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Masterto drive Agile delivery and foster collaboration within our clients development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running Agile/Scrum teams and will excel in communication, planning, and conflict resolution.

This role requires hands-on engagement with modern application development teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

Collaborate closely with development teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and enhance delivery efficiency.

Drive planning, capacity management, and sprint commitments with a focus on team outcomes.

Provide proactive coaching and support to foster a high-performing team environment.

Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and promote effective communication within and across teams.

Must-Have Qualifications: 7-8+ yearsof experience running Agile/Scrum teams.

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Expertise in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity management.

Demonstrated experience working directly withdevelopment teamson modern applications.

Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in conflict resolution and coaching.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience managing and reporting on project progress.

Proven ability to run2+ Agile teamssimultaneously.
