Head of Compliance Non-Life Insurance Dublin - Hybrid WFH120-150k
I've partnered with an exciting insurance firm who are looking for a Head of Compliance to join their team in early 2025. It's a growing business with a global presence. You'll work closely with the rest of the leadership team to focus on the continued growth on the business in Ireland.
Your Role:
Develop and implement the annual compliance plan
Manage regulatory changes to ensure all policies remain up-to-date.
Manage the relationship with the CBI
Provide updates and reports to the board on all relevant compliance topics impacting the business
About You:
Relevant experience within the insurance industry
8+ Years Compliance Experience - open to existing/previous PCF holders and those looking to step up
Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
