• Help with the creation, upkeep, and enforcement of protocols about every section of the lab and the associated testing apparatus.

• Help apply and execute operational procedures in accordance with "best practice" standards to maximize resource utilization.

• Help in the establishment of a patient-centered quality management program that tracks and evaluates client satisfaction and performance.

• As decided by the laboratory manager and chief medical scientist, conduct scientific activity in accordance with the necessary JCI Accreditation Standards.

• If you work in a laboratory discipline that has been accredited by INAB, you must comply with the E. U. Directive on Blood and Blood Products as well as the standards of INAB Accreditation.

• Set priorities, plan your workload during peak hours, and oversee several concurrent tests.

• If necessary, take part in the department's "on call" schedule.

Requirements

• Be a member of the Academy of Medical Laboratory Science (AMLS) or its equivalent, or be eligible to join.

• Signing up with CORU

• A minimum of one year of in-service training in every field.

• A background in haematology is necessary.

• Experience after qualification.

• Participated in emergency on-call schedules.
