Your Role: Portfolio Leadership: Take ownership of building and managing a Professional Indemnity portfolio, positioning it for long-term success in Ireland and future European markets.

Strategic Underwriting: Establish clear guidelines for underwriting, risk appetite, and pricing models aligned with market dynamics and company objectives.

Broker Engagement: Develop and strengthen broker and MGA relationships nationwide, ensuring a steady flow of profitable business opportunities.

Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, adapting underwriting practices to maintain competitiveness and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with reinsurers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for portfolio growth.
