LAN, Window servers, Internet, Notes and messaging Good organization and interpersonal skills Job Description Job Responsibilities Ÿ Manage IT Infrastructure team Ÿ Perform system administration to ensure smooth operation. Ÿ Provide server and infrastructure support to ensure server and equipment healthiness. Ÿ Support Application teams on infrastructure, networking and IT operation requirements Ÿ Assist in system planning, deployment and implementation. Ÿ In charge of change control management. Ÿ In charge of incident management function for IT applications Ÿ Implementation of information security standards Ÿ Responsible in assigned strategic initiatives such as Server virtualization or data center migration Ÿ Responsible in monitoring system performance and performing fine-tuning & release upgrade. Ÿ Provide user support in hardware equipment and application software as well as maintaining its inventory. Ÿ Provide technical support on system and assist in conducting research on new technology and systems. Ÿ Work in IT helpdesk to provide technical assistance to field force & operation staff. Also perform administrative work related to SRF logging, filing, reporting & channel unanswered quires to appropriate persons to handle. Ÿ Provide proper training to the agency administration and field force to rollout AIT systems implementation. Ÿ Assist in management of proper back and restoration. Ÿ Perform other duties as assigned to comply with IT strategic missions. Job Requirements Ÿ Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology or related fields is preferred. Ÿ Minimum 3 years ’ experience of related working knowledge. Ÿ Good knowledge of Information Technology especially in LAN, Window servers, Internet, Notes and messaging systems.
