Suitable candidates for this role will have a background in personal injury, medical negligence and/or healthcare litigation. You will be skilled in: Managing AML and client onboarding processes.
Working to provide administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates, keeping files up to date and producing high- level documents (to include pleadings, correspondence and legal agreements).
Monthly and quarterly billing, be confident in working with relevant software and in liaising with finance / accounts.
Organising busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel and triaging emails.
All MS Office packages and ideally in use of 3 E and legal practice management software.
