Associate Solicitor – Commercial Property | Cork An established legal practice in Cork is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer to handle a variety of high-quality commercial property matters within a supportive and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: Advise on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance. Draft and negotiate contracts for property transactions. Conduct due diligence investigations, including title reviews and planning checks. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide integrated legal solutions. Experience in construction-related projects is a plus but not mandatory. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.1–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law. Proven experience handling complex property transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
