Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager with deep domain knowledge of public sector customers within Europe to take a critical position in our public sector product space. This role focuses on delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of government organizations, enhancing force protection and improving operational efficiency through real-time information. You will work closely with senior executives, both internally and within partner and customer organizations—particularly those in the defence and federal space—contributing to product vision, strategy, and execution. The opportunity Maintain a deep understanding of the public sector, competitive technology, and partner landscapes to adapt to emerging movements and opportunities. Shape the product roadmap, prioritize capabilities and partnerships based on customer feedback, market analysis, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with AI Research, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Engage with internal and external senior executives and key stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment from visioning through delivery. Collaborate with partners to build expertise and identify areas of strategic alignment for maximized customer and business outcomes. Leverage AI tools and implement reporting and metrics improvements within the product management lifecycle to drive efficient, impactful outcomes. What You Bring Dataminr values you for who you are. Proven track record contributing to and executing business strategies in AI/tech-driven environments; experience building products with technology partners is preferred. Strong experience communicating with and presenting to senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships internally, with customers, and with partners. Preference for candidate based in Europe and with additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) but not required. Must be willing and able to periodically travel to in-person customer meetings.
