CPL Healthcare are delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service who has been supporting people as they emerge from homelessness, since. We are looking for a Senior Project Worker to provide management and leadership in providing housing and support to residents.
Successful candidates will have:
· A degree in Social Care/Social Science/Applied Social Studies or related discipline i.e. addiction, social work.
· Prior experience working within a homelessness sector for 2 years
· An understanding of the issues affecting people who are homeless.
· Knowledge around child protection issues, mental health issues and addiction.
· Commitment to the values and principles of Housing First and Trauma Informed Care
· Knowledge of PASS system desired
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
· Must have own transport and full license
