We’re seeking a dynamic leader for a senior Operations leadership position to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale manufacturing facility. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will drive efficiency, quality, and performance across production, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead operational strategy, driving cost reduction, process improvement, and quality excellence. Oversee production planning, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize operations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 500+ across a 24/7 operation. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement. Oversee significant supply chain operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering discipline.8+ years in manufacturing operations, including 5+ in senior leadership. Must have proven success in driving operational excellence and leading large teams Must have experience in managing managers. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in a regulated industry essential Experience in a multinational environment Experience with regulatory compliance and supply chain management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Demonstrable track record for leading a site/operation of similar scale and complexity
