Working in partnership with our client in Kilkenny , we are recruiting for a Product manager to manage the product portfolio from concept to completion. Our client is a multi-award-winning Manufacturing and Retail company which provides bespoke products internationally. You will be responsible for: Design clear strategies and product roadmaps ensuring the product aligns with the companies requirements and values to ensure the company remains top of the industry. Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying market opportunities and maximizing those opportunities by implementing creative ideas. Use networking skills to define the requirements and specifications for current and future products ensuring all products place the clients values first. Drive the creation and implantation of product strategy to ensure a profitable pipeline Collaborate with departments (Design, NPD, NPI) to develop profitability. Keeping up to date with EU & UK Legislation that are relevant to the companies products. Have a full understanding of technical ideas and articulate those to non-technical personnel. Determine the appropriate pricing and value of the company’s goods and services to ensure maximisation of margins. Do you have? A Degree or equivalent in management or business? Product management marketing experience? A high level of strategic and entrepreneurial thinking? Experience of design thinking and ideation? Knowledge of Product Marketing systems and an understanding and you are able to apply it to new markets and wider business? Are you? Customer focused and driven to succeed? Able to plan ahead, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives. Flexible and adaptable to change? A team player who encourages positive communication and respect?
