Search Talent is delighted to partner with a multinational firm who are leading the way in innovation in the retail sector. You will work on some of the most important and rewarding projects across all departments, helping the organisation optimise their IT operations.
The Role
As a Process Engineer , you will report to the Head of IT and work with the wider Production, Sales & Marketing, Accounts, and e Commerce teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with our core team, review and drive process improvements across Production, e Commerce, Sales and Accounts departments
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues
- Support in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- +5 years in IT / Process roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
- Ability to lead and work on projects across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
