Delta V Operations Engineer 1573 Simo Tech require a Delta V Operations Engineerto join our team, supporting a biotech manufacturing facility for ourmultinational biopharma client based in Limerick. You will join astate-of-the-art facility, incorporating new technologies, with a specificfocus on operational flexibility, environmental sustainability, and fast trackdelivery concepts. The successful candidate will bringapproximately 5 years of experience in Delta V Automation within the Life Sciences Industry and will work in conjunction with a team of Engineers and Developersto design, enhance and support Delta V control systems. Key Responsibilities Drive design and enhancement activities across Delta V control systems and equipment in collaboration with System Integrator Engineersand Developers. Carry out solution assessments and performancereviews to ensure smooth operation of automated systems. Partner with project teams to support theintegration of new equipment or technologies into the manufacturing workflow. Provide training and mentorship to other engineerson site where applicable. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with pharmaceutical Industry standards including GAMP, S-88 Batch Standard, and 21 CFRPart 11. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences. Minimumof 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical DCS environment using Emerson Delta V. Minimumof 5 years’ experience with Delta V control system design. Strongknowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards including GAMP, S-88 Batch Standard, and 21 CFR Part 11. Abilityto work efficiently both individually and as part of a team. Role provides a high degree of autonomy to allow the successfulcandidate to reach their full potential.
