Location: City Gate, Mahon, CorkRole of Working Supervisor:To work as part of the Derrycourt team in supporting the delivery of a superior service and provide an on-site Management function that will support both the client relationship and employee relationships while maintaining standards.Reporting to:Site ManagerSpecific Responsibilities:General:Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.To represent Derrycourt in a professional, friendly manner.To uphold the ethics and legal obligations of Derrycourt at all times.To carry out routine administrative tasks To work according to a formal appraisal systemSample of Daily Tasks:To be responsible for delivery of service on night shift to include staff management, communication, cleaning standards, equipment maintenance, health & safety procedures & documentation in line with client and Derrycourt requirements.Work in line with the client’s local policies and procedures and ensure all staff are trained to comply with same.To continuously review work methods and procedures in order to maximize resources and efficiencies.To be a role model for your team ensuring that you are professional, following the cleaning standards and the company policies and procedures.To manage and motivate your team effectively, ensuring they are fulfilling their role descriptor.Assist with on site induction, training & regular reviews.
