Responsibilities
Lead line support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Drive equipment/process validations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor engineers and technicians; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality and efficiency.
Influence manufacturing strategy as production expands.
Education & Professional Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related).
5–7 years’ medical device or pharma experience, including line support and leadership.
Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and confident decision-maker.
Motivated by learning, growth, and making a difference.
