The Opportunity This position works out of our Wiesbaden location (Abbott GmbH) in the Diagnostics Division.What You’ll Do Work with Suppliers to conduct quality-related activities to deliver consistent, high quality documents, services, products and processesProject Management for quality-related activities as well as leading projectsWork in international and cross-functional teamsEnsuring compliance to site level policies and procedures, addressing of noncompliant issues within Division and Corporation as appropriateEnsuring adherence and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality SystemEvaluation of product safety and efficacy and elevation of risk-based issuesCompliant documentation in area of responsibilityActively leads issue management due to supplier related topics linking to all relevant stakeholders and suppliersActively works with specific suppliers through improvement initiatives taking ownership and accountability for the supply of these suppliersQualificationsDegree in Life Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline is required OR relevant combination of education or experienceAt least 5 years work experience in Quality or related fieldExperience with manufacturing and related quality systems including CAPAGood, general understanding of the standards and regulatory bodies that regulate our industryStrong communication skillsAbility to work independentlyFluent in EnglishExperience in the Healthcare industry is preferredThis position is limited for 6 months.
