Substantial experience exists across the team, and this allows OCSC to successfully deliver a variety of schemes including education, residential, data centres, later living, health, commercial and infrastructure, while still bringing a fresh insight and total expertise to each project.Your new role Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced business relationships. Lead on all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes. Manage all aspects of mechanical projects in accordance with client requirements and current regulations. Motivate, lead and develop team members. Manage and coordinate project resources. Manage client expectations and attend client meetings. Provide clear technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Report /Review programme delivery. What you'll need to succeed Strong technical design skills, with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent. Excellent commercial acumen. Strong internal and external communication skills. 7+ years experience leading mechanical design on projects in Ireland or the UK. Successfully further implement the OCSC M&E philosophy of clarity, excellence and continual progression. Chartered Engineer preferable. OCSC can support a candidate seeking chartership.
