The Role Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Continuing Airworthiness Manager – Technical Services. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services Continuing Airworthiness, you will assist in the oversight of continuing airworthiness activities with Technical Services: Maintenance Program, CA Records, Airworthiness Directive and ACAM Departments, for the Ryanair Group airlines. As Continuing Airworthiness Manager – Technical Services, you will assist in managing oversight activities to ensure the department delivers its core objectives, while meeting the challenges of the continuing growth of the Ryanair Group over the next 10 years.
Drive compliance and efficiency improvements in the Continuing Airworthiness activities provided by the Technical Services department.
Demonstrate the ability to operate at the highest level within Ryanair’s Engineering organisation, including the Chief Engineers of AOCs; National Authorities.
Exhibit excellent management skills with the ability to drive change.
Proven successful track record as a manager in an aircraft engineering organisation with exceptional technical, commercial and organisational skills.
Requirements
Relevant Engineering Degree/Sufficient Managerial Experience
Problem-Solving Mindset
Proficiency in Office 365 & Aircraft Systems.
Excellent Time Management
Strong Communication Skills (English Language)
