Responsibilities Recruitment: Build and manage a team of consultants, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and contribute to strategic planning. Consultant Management: Support the professional development of your team, ensuring alignment with IKOS standards and values. Client Engagement: Attend meetings and site visits across Ireland and internationally as required.
