In your new role you will: Lead IP, Subsystems and platform development projects with significant complexity , risk and noticeable impact across multiple divisions Form, guide and motivate diverse, cross-functional, multicultural, multi-site, international project teams Be part of a successful team that’s creating innovative, next generation products and platforms to solve the automotive problems of the future Create, own and manage plan for projects including work package and resource planning and tracking with Microsoft project; run analysis, retrospectives using associated tools. Adapt a forward-looking risk management to identify possible mitigation measures or backup scenarios Assume full responsibility for your projects by continuously assessing the progress and adjusting the project plan to ensure that goals are met even in the phase of challenges. This also involves anticipating and proactively managing significant changes to the existing project agreement Actively manage internal and external key stakeholders in an international environment, negotiate trade-offs and motivate others towards common goals and business in mind Ensure that the project complies with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project life-cycle Drive continuous improvements and implement strategic actions in the projects You communicate openly, clearly and act as a visible model of what you expect from others.
