This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Executive to manage a designated territory across South England and Wales, focusing on account management and new business development.
Based full-time in their Belfast office, you'll join a collaborative and relaxed team culture, working alongside sales, marketing, and design professionals.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across a dedicated geographical area Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up Make outbound calls to generate new business and support account growth Utilise CRM tools to manage sales activities and track customer interactions Attend in-house training and explore products and materials first-hand on-site Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets Essential Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year's experience in telesales, ideally within a call centre or KPI-driven environment Excellent communication skills - confident on the phone and professional via email Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing client interactions A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning about new products and adapting to evolving offerings Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a desire to contribute to a growing team What's on Offer Base Salary: £30,000 £500 monthly, £4,000 quarterly, and £8,000 annually - based on realistic and regularly met sales targets Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am-2:00pm (office-based only) Embedded mechanisms to ensure employee wellbeing Be part of an expanding team with opportunities to grow and learn continuously To speak in absolute confidence about this role please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Lara Mc Glinchey, Sales Recruitment Specialist at MCS Group, at or Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
