We need someone who can lead electrical teams on-site without making a song and dance about it.

Someone who can read drawings, manage trades, deal with suppliers, juggle deadlines, and still have time to tell the apprentice to tie his boots properly.

You'll be the kind of person who knows what "snag-free" actually means.

You'll also know it doesn't happen by accident.

The role? You're the right hand of the Site Manager.

You make sure things get built - safely, correctly, and without excuses.

You plan ahead, sort problems before they become problems, and keep everyone pulling in the same direction.

You keep quality high, the site tidy, and your team in line.
