Assistant Store Manager – Premium Fashion Retail Kildare

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving all performance-related targets and KPIs.
  

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a premium, personalised service to every customer.
  

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  

• Motivate, coach, and develop the team to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
  

• Take ownership of key operational areas, ensuring brand standards and compliance are consistently maintained.
  

• Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  

• Step up in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for store performance.
  

• Foster a positive team culture that reflects brand values and encourages customer loyalty.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
  

• Strong customer service focus with a genuine passion for people and style.
