In this role , you will need to: Build a solid channel sales program that meets or exceeds sales goals Develop a long-term successful strategy for HubSpot’s channel sales program Develop the ability to dissect a marketing agency's business goals and help them develop a better plan for achieving them. Become an expert at presenting how Inbound Marketing and HubSpot's software can help an agency improve the fundamentals of their business. Close new business consistently at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our software and training. Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future What are the role requirements? 5+ years ofSales or Account Management Fluency in English and Italian Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Track record of being a high performer ( over quota, President's Club) History of working with marketing agencies and partner channel an advantage A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them Who exceeds in this role?
