We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our sales team and help us capitalise on the expanding last mile logistics sector. What is the role? We’re looking for someone who is customer focused, keen to join a growing start-up at the ground level, and who can understand and clarify a prospect’s needs and desired outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for: Qualification of inbound leads Developing outbound leads to feed into our sales pipeline Identifying the right leads at the right companies by using prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques Working closely with sales, marketing and management team to feed back information from our target markets Meet and exceed monthly targets by scheduling highly qualified meetings for our sales team Keeping up to date with the latest industry news in the logistics space and other relevant industries Updating our CRM to make sure all information is available to assist our sales process What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics/skills: B2B Sales experience is ideal, but if you’re an ambitious, confident self starter we’d love to speak to you Fluent written and verbal skills in English Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills You exhibit qualities of overachievement, self-motivation, good teamwork, and positive outlook Quick and efficient with a computer What are the benefits?
