About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and lead the discovery and prioritisation of opportunities, ensuring alignment with our business goals and exceeding user expectations. You will play a crucial role in driving our organisation towards a product‑led approach, where robust prioritisation and discovery practices drive innovation and growth. This role will aid in the delivery of a Global Healthcare Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead our product team in evolving and improving our product management practices alongside the Head of Product & Experience.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Influence goal setting, key decisions, and priorities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Drive the prioritisation of product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and user needs.
Develop and communicate clear product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
Lead the discovery and prioritisation of new product opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
Apply first principles thinking and analytical rigour to identify root causes and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, delivery & business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product concepts and solutions.
Ensure successful execution of product initiatives, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
Measure and communicate product performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
Track anticipated value of initiatives vs realised value and communicate impact of the work done throughout the business.
Continuously develop and deepen your understanding of the industry domain, market trends, and user needs related to our products.
Become an authority within the organisation on product‑related topics, contributing to strategic discussions and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high‑performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
